Supporting the authority in implementing an investment program from project savings amounting to USD 2.4 million, financed by EBRD loans and donor grants, including the construction of new reservoirs, water supply networks and water pipelines, as well as the rehabilitation of water intake points in the cities of Kanibadam, Istiklol, Guliston,
Isfara, Buston, and Gafurov.Overall project management and support to the PIU; analysis of the priority investment program; preparation of tender documents in accordance with EBRD rules and FIDIC contract conditions; support in procurement and tendering procedures, evaluation of bids; contract management; technical monitoring.
Recommendations and reporting on the progress of contract implementation; support to the PIU in the preparation of environmental reports in accordance with the Bank‘s requirements.
