Scope of services:
Supporting the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) in implementing a USD 34 million investment program to reduce electricity losses in the Khatlon region (the cities of Kulob and Bokhtar), financed through an EBRD loan and donor grants, including the construction of a new 110/35/10 kV substation, high-voltage power transmission networks, and the installation of electricity meters. Support in the preparation of a detailed technical design for all construction work, construction monitoring during implementation, support in the preparation of environmental and social reports in accordance with the bank‘s requirements.
