Assistance to PIU in the implementation of an investment program in the amount of 40 million USD, financed from the World Bank, including the construction of new landfill, Solid waste collection points, procurement of special equipment and solid waste trucks in Dushanbe city. „Smart city” is an element of the city, which is improved and based on the latest theories, city management on the basis of invention, information and communication.
