Scope of services:
Supporting the PIU in implementation of a USD 34 million investment program to reduce electricity losses in the Khatlon region near the cities of Kulob and Bokhtar, financed through an EBRD loan and donor grants, including the construction of a new 110/35/10 kV substation, high-voltage power transmission grids, and the installation of electricity meters.Support in the preparation of a detailed technical design for all construction works, for construction monitoring during implementation, support in the preparation of environmental and social reports in accordance with EBRD requirements.
