Support to the PIU in the implementation of a USD 2.7 million investment program financed by an EBRD loan and donor grants, including the preparation and implementation of the project‘s savings program; Overall project management and support to the PIU; analysis of the priority investment program; Preparation of tender documents in accordance with EBRD rules and FIDIC contract conditions; support in procurement and tendering procedures, bid evaluation; contract administration; technical monitoring; recommendations and reporting on the progress of contract execution; support to the PIU in the preparation of environmental reports in accordance with the Bank‘s requirements.
