Project:
Support to the Implementation Department in the implementation of an €8 million investment program, financed by an EBRD loan and grants from other FIs, including the construction of new reservoirs, water supply networks and water pipelines, the rehabilitation of water intake points and wastewater treatment plants in the town of Dangara.
Main Activities:
Overall project management and support to the Implementation Department; analysis of the priority investment program; preparation of tender documents in accordance with EBRD rules and FIDIC contract conditions; support in procurement and tendering procedures, bid evaluation; contract management; technical supervision. Preparation of a master plan for the wastewater system. Recommendations and reporting on the progress of contract execution, support to the PIU in preparing environmental reports in accordance with the bank‘s requirements.
